Cleanliness inspection / Sampling / Supervision
In order to ensure that your product meets with highest quality standards it is necessary to exclude all risks before transport.
In advance of each product transfer we make sure that the appropriate conditions are achieved.
In this context we also check the suitability of the transport vessels used.
1. Cleanliness inspections
We check cleanliness of:
- tank barges
- tank containers
- rail tank wagons
- shore tanks
- other transport containers
2. Gas free inspection
We check for freedom from gas in:
- tank ships in the case of a product change
- gas tank ships for residual gas and determination of oxygen by a change of product
3. Sample Drawing
We draw samples from:
- tank barges/lighters
- tank containers
- rail tank wagons
- shore tanks
- other transport containers
4. Pipeline purging
We check and supervise to ensure:
- suitability of shore lines
- freedom from product residue
- shore line cleaning by a change of product
5. Cargo loading/discharging systems
We check and ensure:
- suitability of cargo loading/discharging systems
- freedom from product residue
- the cleaning of the complete cargo loading/discharging system by a change of product
